Dizzy after run...

Baby felt sick and vomit after the run.... :'((

Dear... must visit doctor if you dun feel slightly well... if bad, maybe could be low blood pressure.... or low blood sugar...

Some information for your reference.

Why do I feel nauseous after racing?

Basically it means that sometimes we might experience hypoglycaemic reaction after a prolonged period of exercise. The body's energy-producing system failed to keep up with the demands required. At the same time, blood sugar in the body will fall so low that a person will feel dizzy, and tightness in the stomach. As blood sugar levels returns to normal, the queasy feeling will pass.

Prevention is usually found in sufficient nutrition and hydration before exercise. It can also be enforced by the use of energy drinks while running (instead of just plain water).

If this nauseousness happens again, try taking on small amounts of sugary foods and regular small amounts of water until the feeling passes

The doctor answers that the problem might be solved by hydrating more before, during and after the exercise. It will be good to nourish oneself with carbohydrate-based energy drink that also contains electrolytes (salts), because low bloog sugar, low salt levels and dehydration, all these factors are linked to post-exercise nausea. But if these doesn't work, do visit a doc asap baby!!
