Systolic Pressure is the force when your heart contracts and sends a surge to the bloodstream. Norm reading is from 120 - 140 mmhg.

Diastolic Pressure is the force your heart works out to expand in preparation for the next heart beat. Normal reading is from 70 to 90 mmhg.

Pulse Rate is the number of times your heart beat per minute. Normal pulse rate is between 60 to 70. Average is 72.
