heart problem

do you ever have this physical feeling of your heart sinking to the bottom of where it is?

i used to think that this is juz a english description. but then it's not.

i felt it today. not juz today damn it. but it has been a long time since i had this feeling. and it's today.

the feeling so damn sucks. i felt my heart shrinking and hitting a rock bottom. only to have to breathe again and with every breath that i exhale, the heart sinks again.

GAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!

i dun like this feeling :(
